The direct beneficiaries of the assistance must be dependent persons, who are usually cared for in their personal or family home, need the temporary care in a specialized center, for presenting a level of dependency that makes them need the care of another person for the realization of the usual activities of daily living, and that, because of the needs expressed in the section ‘Complementary Information’, can not be provided by the habitual caregiver.

The dependency situation will be determined from the medical report.

Those eligible under the present call may apply for persons who meet the following requirements:

Once the need is proven, according to the established criteria, the amount of the subsidy will be determined by the difference between what the beneficiary can contribute against their income and the cost of the stay requested.
