The Telephone of the Sernior, 900 10 00 11, was placed at the disposal of all the elderly people of the Valencian Community to channel to the Administration all the demands for attention, denunciation or intervention on the elderly.
The phone is available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year and is managed by qualified professionals.

Goals
The main objectives of this service are:
Provide a toll-free telephone number, where they report a situation of abandonment that may require administrative or judicial measures.
Act in situations of helplessness, looking for the most suitable means to meet the needs.
Provide the elderly with a telephone to call 24 hours a day and receive a first orientation for the solution of their problems.
