Feast of great tradition in Beniarrés. The day before, at 24:00, big popular verbena. The procession of the Corpus has a special beauty, color and solemnity. The devout people and the children who have received the first communion have been accompanied by the custody under pallium. In certain sections of the procession are installed temporary altars, beautifully adorned with plants and flowers, which oblige the officiant to stop, deposit custody and bless there all present.
A very special celebration that we celebrate on December 24th. The whole town goes out, euphoric, to sing Christmas carols accompanied by the band. The children follow the party with lit bundles of lavender.
The feast of St. Peter the Apostle, patron of Beniarrés, in the Catholic liturgy is celebrated on June 29. But in Beniarrés the celebration, for years, is made to coincide with a holiday of the calendar next to the official party. To this liturgical celebration the City Council coincided, from 2004, the Fair, whose objective is the promotion of Local Development activities and Economic Promotion. Coinciding with the Fair is installed a medieval market very to the liking of the inhabitants of Beniarrés.
