Help at home
Service aimed at people and families who present problems for carrying out the basic activities of daily life.
Objectives
- Favor the permanence of the elderly in their domicile and socio-familiar environment.
- Address situations of personal or family crisis.
- Collaborate with families when by themselves they can not fully meet the needs of the user.
- Support families in their daily life responsibilities.
- Encourage the user to develop personal capacities and adequate habits of life.
Services
Activities that are directed to the user, when he can not do it himself or when he needs:
- Support in personal hygiene and care
- Supervision, if applicable, of medication and health status
- Support for mobilization within the home
- Facilitation of leisure activities in the home
- Other personal attention
- Activities and tasks that are carried out daily in the home: food, clothing, cleaning and maintenance of the home.
