Tele-assistance

It is a resource that allows users, in emergency situations, and with the press of a button of the device that they carry constantly, to come into contact with a Center attended by qualified personnel and prepared to give adequate response to a crisis situation of social, family and / or health.

This service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Goals

• Provide security and tranquility to the elderly who live alone or spend much of the day without any company and are likely to be at risk.
• Contribute to the most vulnerable people staying in their usual environment, facilitating contact with their socio-family environment.
• Ensure immediate intervention in necessary cases of personal, social or medical crisis, rendered by specialized professionals.

 

Requisites

Persons over 60 who live alone and are in situations of risk, or marriages in which both members present objective difficulties.
